FFL Transfers in Arkadelphia, AR

Need a licensed firearms dealer to handle an FFL transfer in Arkadelphia, Arkansas?

Arkadelphia Pawn & Gun can help facilitate firearm transfers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Whether you purchased a firearm online, are having one shipped from another licensed dealer, or need assistance with an eligible private-party transfer, our team can help make the process straightforward and professional.

An FFL transfer allows a firearm to be transferred through a federally licensed dealer when required by law. We handle the required paperwork and background-check process before the firearm can be released to the recipient.

Important:

Firearm transfers are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Transfer eligibility, required documentation, and release requirements can vary depending on the circumstances. Contact us before having a firearm shipped to our location so we can confirm the current requirements.

What Is an FFL Transfer?

FFL stands for Federal Firearms License. An FFL is issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to businesses that are licensed to engage in certain firearm-related activities.

An FFL transfer generally involves a firearm being transferred to a customer through a licensed firearms dealer. The dealer receives the firearm, completes the required transfer documentation, conducts the required background-check process, and releases the firearm when all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

At Arkadelphia Pawn & Gun, we provide FFL transfer services for customers who need a local licensed dealer to facilitate an eligible firearm transfer.

Firearms Purchased Online

Buying a firearm online is different from purchasing one directly from a local gun store.

When an online firearm purchase needs to be transferred to you through an FFL, the firearm must be shipped to an appropriate licensed dealer.

If you purchase a firearm online and want it transferred through Arkadelphia Pawn & Gun, contact us before placing the shipment or have the seller/dealer coordinate the transfer with us.

Once the firearm arrives, we can process the transfer according to applicable requirements. You will need to complete the required paperwork and background-check process before the firearm can be released.

Before Ordering a Firearm Online

Before completing an online firearm purchase, we recommend:

  • Confirming that the firearm can legally be transferred to you
  • Contacting us to confirm that we accept the transfer
  • Confirming our current transfer fee
  • Providing the seller or dealer with the information needed to coordinate the shipment
  • Making sure the name on the shipment and transfer information is accurate

This can help prevent delays or problems when the firearm arrives.

Firearms Shipped From Another Dealer

If another licensed firearms dealer is shipping a firearm to Arkadelphia Pawn & Gun for you, please have the sending dealer coordinate with us before shipping whenever possible.

We can provide the information the sending dealer needs to arrange the transfer. Once the firearm arrives, we will contact you when it is ready for the transfer process.

The firearm cannot simply be picked up when it arrives. The recipient must complete all required transfer procedures before the firearm can be released.

If you are a blue collar worker , and are having trouble making ends meet . I suggest you take your business to quality pawn there in arkadelphia . I stopped in to this place wearing my work uniform i say this because , i have a job , and was having a hard time making ends meet. I had with me a tool in great condition that retail for $800.00 On the market today . I asked the gentleman behind the counter what he could help me with on a loan that i would be coming back to pay off , just to get my family needs met for about a 2 week period , he then proceeds to make a call to the owner if i had to guess , looks at me and says we can only do $50.00 . 50 bucks are you kidding me for something that was worth 800.00 in todays market . He didn't even go online to check if it was worth it. And mind you even if i was to have not come back for the tool as i said i would because i need it sometimes. This tool is the kind of tool that would have payed for it self a thousand times over , anyway 50 bucks was not going to help me and mines , so i looked up other shops in the area , and found quality pawn . They helped me out with 175.00 , and i just got my tool back payed them what i owed in less than a month .
